During this difficult period, C&T Auctioneers and Valuers Ltd have managed to operate as normal as possible, providing buyers and sellers an opportunity to participate in auctions. The following changes have been put in place to protect our staff and clients:

• All auctions will be Webcast (Online) & Postal Auctions only from now on and until further notice

• We will only be able to offer any viewing facilities by appointment only. Please call our office to arrange this

• Lots can only be collected from our office by appointment only if they have been paid for in full prior to your arrival, with social distancing consideration in place

• We would like to ask all clients where possible to pay using one of the payment links or by bank transfer

• Face to face consultations over consignments for auction must be done by appointment only. We can still carry out valuations and offer advice via email, WhatsApp or skype. We are still offering a free pickup collection service via Royal Mail Parcel Force

• Our offices are almost back to normal with all support staff back in operations and working within the social distant restrictions, specialists are still working remotely
